What EcoEstates Is
EcoEstates is an online marketplace and listing platform for residential and land properties with exceptional outdoor, ecological, or sustainable features. EcoEstates is not a real estate broker, agent, or party to any property transaction. See our Listing & Real Estate Disclaimer for full details.
Listing Submissions
By submitting a listing, you represent that you have the right to list the property and that all information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant EcoEstates a license to display your listing content on the platform. EcoEstates reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing.
Prohibited Use
- Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent listing information
- Scraping or copying listings without permission
- Using EcoEstates for any unlawful purpose
- Impersonating any person or entity
Payments & Subscriptions
Paid listing plans are billed as described on the Pricing page. All payments are processed through our payment provider. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at hello@ecoestates.app.
Disclaimer of Warranties
EcoEstates is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings are accurate. Use EcoEstates at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
EcoEstates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any real estate transaction facilitated through it.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of EcoEstates after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
